ExpressDSC provides assistance in applying for and processing Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs) through authorized Certifying Authorities in India.
Eligibility
Applicants must provide genuine, complete, and accurate information and documents required for Digital Signature Certificate issuance.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Submit valid identity and address proof.
Provide accurate application details.
Complete video verification or eKYC whenever required.
Maintain the confidentiality of passwords, passcodes, and USB Tokens.
Notify us immediately if any information submitted is incorrect.
Approval of DSC
DSC issuance is solely subject to verification and approval by the respective Certifying Authority. ExpressDSC cannot guarantee approval if documents are incomplete or verification requirements are not met.
Fees and Payments
All applicable charges must be paid before certificate issuance unless otherwise agreed.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Government charges, taxes, and Certifying Authority fees are included or excluded as specified at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy
Refund requests will be considered only if the application has not been processed.
No refund will be provided for:
Incorrect information submitted by the applicant.
Failure to complete verification.
Rejection due to invalid or insufficient documents.
Certificates already issued or downloaded.
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time.
Delivery
Digital Signature Certificates are delivered electronically after successful verification and approval by the Certifying Authority.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on verification and regulatory processes.
Limitation of Liability
ExpressDSC shall not be liable for delays, rejection, suspension, revocation, or technical issues caused by:
Government systems
Certifying Authorities
Internet connectivity
Incorrect customer information
Force majeure events
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, to the extent permitted by law.
Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, branding, graphics, and text are the property of ExpressDSC unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
